Whatever the case, what if I were to tell you that you might be completely wasting your time and may be hurting your fat burning efforts…
FACT: You may be working out harder and longer than everyone you know, but you still don’t have the results you desire, right?
You probably see other guys and gals at the gym who have the lean, defined physiques that you want, but for some reason you just can’t seem to get there…
Just like you, for years I had my own failures when it came to working out. Before I tell you about that, let me first point out something very important:
These individuals had real life, Superhero Physiques as I call them… They had physiques just like you see in the movie theaters today.
Look at any actor or actress that has played a Superhero role in the previous five years… Ryan Reynolds (Blade and Green Lantern), Gerard Butler (300), Jessica Alba (Fantastic Four), Chris Evan (Captain America), Jennifer Lawrence (X-Men), Hugh Jackman (X-Men, Wolverine), Scarlett Johansson (The Avengers)… The list goes on!
These movie stars and Superhero’s all have what we want… That Lean, Superhero Physique!
The truth is, it is not all that hard to attain this superhero look but the problem is you have never been given the right information on how to get there. Frankly, you have been lied to for years about how to burn fat and get lean!
For years I wanted to have that lean, strong superhero look but over and over again I failed. I tried following whatever muscle magazine, commercial, and “expert” was saying about how to get lean and ripped, but it NEVER worked!
Like you, I worked out a lot and did exactly what “the experts” were saying but always kept wondering, “How do people actually transform their body to look like a Superhero?”
In fact, the vast majority of individuals are halting their fat burning because of the workouts they are doing, as I will explain in a second…
I am happy to say, that you can achieve the Superhero Physique that you have always wanted, and attain the same look, same definition, and the same superpowers (ok maybe not quite but close) as these movie stars and superhero’s. But how…
What is it that these lean individuals do that you don’t? As was stated earlier, these incredibly defined and ripped individuals train like Superhero’s.
Here’s the good news… a Superhero Physique is very easily attained. The bad news is, you have been going about it the wrong way…
For years these so called “experts” have been telling you the completely wrong way about how to lose fat and get lean…
Back in 2006, researchers at Berkeley and Stanford University did a study on habitual long distance runners. The study included 13,000 runners, both men and women, from all walks of life. The results of this study will shock you just as they shocked the fitness industry at the time:
Plus, if you put your body through long bouts of exercise (something I used to always do), you start producing a hormone called cortisol, which can also be referred to as the “fat storing hormone.”
Cortisol not only forces the body to store fat but it also plays a role in stopping lean muscle growth.
This is why when you look at long distance runners, many of them have very little muscle and tend to actually have higher body fat percentages.
In a another study, done by the University of South Wales, researchers divided individuals into two separate groups:
Note that Group B trained twice as long as Group A, yet Group A were the one’s that saw significant fat loss while Group B participants saw nearly ZERO results.
In fact, one participant in Group B (the long, slow cardio group) gained weight by the end of the study even though this person spent 30 hours working out over the 15 week study.
On the flip side of things, one of the participants in the interval group, lost 15 pounds by the end of the study and did so without even changing her diet! And this participant even admitted her diet wasn’t the best at that time…
When you go for a jog, you only burn calories while during the workout. Once your workout is over, your calorie and fat burning stops.
To get the results you are looking for, you must engage in workouts that will allow your body to burn fat and calories for hours and even days after your workouts are finished.
As you can see from our study above, subjects performing the higher intensity workouts were the ones that experienced extended fat burning for days after their workouts were finished.
When I first started creating workouts seven years ago, I really had no idea what I was doing. But with the guidance of experienced friends and extensive research on my own part, I have created hundreds (if not thousands) of workouts ever since.
All the workouts I create have one purpose in mind: to help attain a lean, athletic, superhero look!
With years of testing and research, I am confident to say that I now have the exact formula for what you must do to get the superhero look you want.
See, what I am about to reveal to you was not just some made up program or something I came stumbling across… It was put together after years and years of hard work, research, and testing different workouts to find out what worked and what didn’t.
After going years lifting 6-7 days per week, and playing 4 years of collegiate basketball… My body was sore, burned out, and exhausted. I knew I needed to take a break but there was one problem…
I had my wedding coming up in a little over a 6-weeks so I knew it was no…
