His doctor, baffled by the revelation, called it a “spontaneous remission”, and couldn’t explain how it had happened.

Seidler himself realizes that his unorthodox recovery methods may seem unscientific to some, but Dr. Christiane Northrup, best-selling author of several health books, believes that “the mind has the power to heal.”

She disagrees with Seidler’s opinion that his methods seem preposterous, and instead stresses that both attitude and taking action contributed to Seidler’s recovery.
