Because I’m one of just a few coaches who has both played this game at a high level AND has the scientific background & ability to properly design training programs that GET RESULTS!
In the next few minutes you’re going to learn some concepts about batting and batting power that will literally change your game. Maybe you’re a player who wants to be more respected for your hitting ability, one that teammates envy, coaches drool over and scouts notice? Then what you need is my proven training system that will:
"My 14 year old son has been using your bat speed program for the past year. In that time, he has improved from 62 mph to 75 mph, reaching 78 a few times. We have used a Swing Speed Radar to record his progress.
"The result has been that he is hitting some monster shots. One home run he hit in a game traveled over 400 feet! He routinely hits balls over 350 feet now, an improvement of about 90 feet since he started your training. Thanks very much!"
Steve, "After using your bat speed training program, I went from hitting .284 with 17 RBIs as a sophomore to batting .429 with 30 RBIs, 2 HRs and 17 doubles, & 2nd Team All-State as a junior."
This highly effective program is based on sound science and techniques with proven results where it matters most – on the ball-field. And if you’re like me, you want something that’s simple and actually works, without the hype.
My programs are being used with great success by TENS OF THOUSANDS of players around the world, from Little League through college and professional baseball – including adult recreational leagues. Pretty much the whole spectrum of ball players!
"Thanks to your hitting, conditioning and velocity program Jim got picked for the Junior Olympics team. He can’t thank you and his coach enough. Batting over .900, he won his last tournament’s MVP for throwing out every runner at 2nd and 3 picks to 1st and 2 to 3rd."
In this report I’m going to reveal some things about bat speed and hitting power that you’ve likely never considered before. These are concepts and techniques I personally mastered during my playing career, improved upon as a coach, and now teach to my players and students. The further you read, the more you’ll learn about what it takes to become a consistent power hitter.
Think about the game and its demands – just how strong do you really have to be to play it well? In baseball, the ball is 5 ounces and bats weigh approximately 30 oz. Heck, a lot of young players swig cups of Pepsi and Mountain Dew that weigh more than that!
Baseball is a game of explosive POWER, not brute strength. Picking up a 30 oz bat is a measure of strength. Using it to blast a baseball 400+ feet is a measure of POWER.
If you can’t hit a baseball very well and decide to begin a weight lifting program, you’ll just become a strong player who still can’t hit a baseball!
This chart shows an approximation of how bat speed translates into distance. Increases in your bat speed will yield the additional distance as shown:
Your mileage may vary, of course. A number of factors will affect how far a batted ball travels, including weather, humidity, the type of ball and bat used, speed of the pitched ball, etc. Still, these numbers will generally hold true and can give you a good idea of how this type of training will enhance your game.
And just how long will it take to accomplish this? My entire program takes only 6 weeks, and

"I ordered your entire system, batting and throwing. We are having a little problem with the batting. My son is swinging too fats now – pulling everything!
Want to immediately improve your ability to make hard, consistent contact as a hitter?
"Since my son started your program about ten days ago, he has played 7 games with his high school JV team on a summer league. On 28 at bats, he hit 2 triples, 2 doubles, 5 singles, a few deep fly outs (good enough for RBI’s), and some groundouts enough to move the runners up. His confidence level is back where it was in little league.
"I could hear the parents in the bleachers say comments like… ‘This kid’s on fire!’ or ‘What did you give him for breakfast?’
"Before he started the program he used to get a lot of walks, strikeouts, and only a few hits (singles only). I could see his confidence crumble under pressure situations when his team needed a base hit or a decent fly ball. Now he can’t wait for the next game. By the way the coach moved him from way back in the batting order to 3rd! Thanks a lot."
"But in his double-header yesterday, he went 3-5 with 3 bullet singles. I know that it’s only one week and I don’t want to get too excited, but he seemed to be a much better hitter. He also received the game ball, which thrilled him as well."
TIP #1: Start taking ALL of your batting practice with a wood bat instead of metal. Why? Because the "sweet spot" on a metal bat is much larger than that of wood. This is one key reason young players learn incorrect batting technique and develop bad habits – metal is much more forgiving if you don’t hit a ball on the nose.
