This generally happens with MAC users because of the safari browser. Unfortunately the ebook is not configured for safari so it’s best to open and use a firefox browser.
After purchasing the eBook, you will see a “Thank You” page with important instructions to download your eBook including a needed password.
You need a pdf reader in order to open this eBook which is a pdf file. I recommend the free Acrobat Adobe Reader.
Once you get the eBook PDF file downloaded on your computer, save it to a folder that you can get to easily. This way you have easy access and all you need is the password.
