Me escucho arrogante pero si no se entiende que abrir un negocio es tu patrimonio y que será la manera como sacaras tu familia o sueños adelante y que por creer saberlo todo o que podrás aprender en el camino podrás echarlo todo a perder tan solo por no realizar unos pasos básicos en tu plan de negocios, como hacer un estudio de mercado de tu nicho, definir un concepto, conocer a tu cliente meta, manejar flujos de efectivo, hacer cronogramas de apertura, contratar al personal adecuado, etc.
