[GET] Get Your All-In-One Investor Website - Pro House Help

Todd has been helping me create my websites for years. The Internet is where most everyone looks for things these days. Real estate is no different. I like how Todd has created so many important components for real estate investors here to quickly have an online presence for their business.

If you don’t have a good way to market and capture leads online, this may be just what you’re looking for.

If you currently have a site that has everything mixed together, you could be losing thousands of dollars by scaring people off.

Whether you’ve heard of WordPress or not, it’s a really flexible platform for building websites.  It allows you to go in and make changes to your website without knowing anything about web design or code.

If you can write an e-mail you can make changes to your website – it’s that easy.  Plus we have tutorial videos to walk you through everything.

Don’t be a slave to your business.  Here’s how a website can save you time and give you more freedom:

For many investing strategies, finding motivated sellers is the heart of the business.  Without sellers you have no inventory to sell.  But sellers aren’t going to hand over their house to just anyone.  You have to earn their trust first.

To do that, you need to come across as a professional – someone who has a well-established business.  These days, a well-established business has a nice-looking website.  It’s important that your website doesn’t look like a do-it-yourself job.  That will make you look like an amateur or cheapskate, which is not the image you want sellers to have.

That’s why we spent a ton of time planning out the motivated seller site and designing it to really have a “Wow!” factor that will impress sellers when they arrive at your site.  We wanted the seller site to be beautiful, professional and, of course, functional.  We’re very proud of the result.

The home page includes a video for sellers that encourages them to contact you.  If you want, you can create your own video and put it there instead.

The site includes a free report that you can give away to sellers who are curious but not quite ready to give you a lot of information. This way you still have a way to follow up with them.

You can include links to your social networking profiles like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. if you want.

The site includes some pre-made legal disclaimers to go on your site.  We suggest having a lawyer in your area check them out to make sure they will provide the protection you need, but they will give you a great start.

The lead-capture form is really the most important part of your site because that’s how sellers will contact you and give you details about their property.  One of my favorite features is that the form changes based on what answers the seller puts in the blanks.

If the seller selects “No”, they just move on to the next question about whether there are any other liens on the property.

But… if they select “Yes” that they have a mortgage, more questions instantly appear, such as:  ”What is your first mortgage balance?”, along with several other questions about how much their payment is, whether it includes taxes and insurance, if they’re behind any payments, etc.  Then it asks if they have any additional mortgages.  If they say “no”, they move on to the next part.  If they say “yes”, more questions appear about their additional mortgages.

So the great thing is the seller won’t see any questions that don’t apply to them.  That way the form they fill out is not longer than it needs to be.  But depending on the answers they select, the form automatically changes to ask them different questions.

How great is that?!?  It’s like what you’d do if you were talking to them on the phone.

Your seller site comes with a pre-made FAQ section with many of the common questions sellers have.  You can edit this to change the answers, remove some parts, or add your own questions and answers.  It’s very flexible, but also really great as-is.

There is a general “Contact Us” page on your site because some people may have a specific question they want to ask before filling out the longer form on your site.  Or maybe they’ve already filled it out and want to ask something or check on the status of you buying their house, etc.  It’s also possible someone other than a seller has come to your site, such as another investor, and they will want a way to contact you without filling out the property form.  This gives them a way to e-mail you directly.

If you are a wholesale investor, finding buyers for your properties is a vital part of your business.  We made a page that will motivate wholesale buyers to contact you.

You’ll see an eye-catching headline (which you can change if you like), and a pre-made video that wholesale buyers can watch.  Again, if you want to make your own video and use that instead, you’re free to do so.

Next you’ll find a lead-capture form.  Besides the wholesale buyer’s contact information, it also asks for what kind of properties they’re interested in buying.  This is important because your buyers can tell you exactly what they’re looking for.  That way you’re not getting houses under contract that no one wants.

The buyer can also tell you what exit strategy they’re using.  This can be helpful when you’re getting the deals under contract because it may affect the type of contract you use.

Let people see the properties you have available right…
